A three-row Lexus RX has been rumoured for some time, but it’s finally set to debut at the L.A. Auto Show later this year.

“How can the top-selling Lexus RX get even better? Make more if it,” Lexus teased in a press release. It’s no secret that SUVs and crossovers are wildly popular in North America, so the choice to debut the three-row RX in Los Angeles certainly makes sense.

Lexus is planning two three-row RX models – an RX 350L, powered by the company’s 3.5-litre V6 engine, and the RX 450hL, which will be a 308-horsepower hybrid. There will be more details to come when the L.A. Auto Show kicks off on November 27.
