Every time I visit a David Chang restaurant, I am pleasantly surprised by his creativity and culinary skills. The first David Chang restaurant I dined at was Momofoku Ko, and to this day, it still ranks as my all-time favorite restaurant. Every dish presented is more beautiful and flavorful than the previous dish. The most interesting part of dining at Momofoku Ko is being able to enjoy the cooking show happening right in front of your eyes. All the chefs are in the middle of the restaurant prepping and cooking the dishes. In addition to Momofoku Ko, I have visited the Noodle Bar, the Milk Bar and most recently had brunch at Má Pêche. Má Pêche is David Chang’s first Midtown restaurant and is making quite an impression on this area.
